Breath-Body-Mind™ Practices
Guided breath and body-awareness practices designed to support regulation, calm, and connection.
You do not need any experience with breathwork or mindfulness to begin. These practices are not about doing things perfectly, but about learning to listen to yourself more gently. You are welcome exactly as you are.

Let's support wellbeing — together.I am a Breath-Body-Mind™ (BBM™) Level II Instructor, ICF-Certified Mindfulness Coach, and graphic designer based in London.
My work is rooted in the belief that simple, supportive, and evidence-informed practices can help us regulate the nervous system, reconnect with ourselves, and create more balance in everyday life.
Through Breath-Body-Mind™ practices, mindfulness coaching, and meditation, I create calm and supportive spaces where people can slow down, breathe, move gently, and cultivate greater awareness and connection.
My approach is grounded, compassionate, and non-judgmental. Sessions are designed to feel accessible, adaptable, and supportive of different needs and life experiences.
Like many people, I have experienced stress, anxiety, and moments of feeling overwhelmed. Through these practices, I began to understand how deeply connected the body, breath, and mind truly are — and how small, consistent practices can create meaningful shifts over time.
I don't believe in forcing change or trying to "fix" ourselves. Instead, I believe in creating space to listen more gently, reconnect with what is already within us, and meet ourselves with more awareness and care.
I am passionate about supporting individuals and communities in feeling more grounded, balanced, and connected — both within themselves and in everyday life.
Level II training builds on the foundations of BBM™ practice and teaching, with a deeper focus on breath, movement, mindfulness, nervous system regulation, safety and professional facilitation.
